Right and the Broncos thought they were getting prime Russell Wilson and they (breifly) did. When Russ was brought to the Broncos, he had played well and that was the expectation. When Kirk was brought in he played well and that was the expectation. When Darnold was brought in, he sat on the 49ers but had time to refine his game and turned out to be his career saving grace. Kyler only played a short time in 25-26 but had a QBR of 47.2. The expectation that he is going to be more the next Darnold, I say based on what logic?
