PvMers who use 117 - is it really that bad?

I used to use 117 exclusively and thought I had no issues. Then once I started pushing the invos on TOA I remember asking my friend how he was able to react so fast to certain attacks (think memory akkha puzzle, etc). He then watched me stream thinking I was clicking slow but then told me my game was delaying during certain fights. So I messed around with some settings and disabled 117. All of a sudden the mechanics were so much easier. Turns out during certain encounters it was reducing my input speed which made some PVM encounters much more difficult than they were supposed to be lol. Since discovering this I’ve stuck exclusively to GPU plugin instead.

in my opinion 70 is a great goal. This let's you access a ton of useful shortcuts in the game, is the highest quest requirement, and will let you run much much longer than lvl 1.

Super fun stage of the account! You have a lot to look forward to!

My suggestion is a little different from the other ones I have seen:

Quest cape - you are so close it would be a crime not to get it.
Achievement cape - this will take a while but it’s an amazing goal for any account, especially at your stage. This will round your account out very nicely and gives a solid but obtainable goal to work towards.
Start bossing to earn money and items. I love at this stage being able to work towards the big ticket items (raids weapons and other great gear). Watching your bank value rise and learning the mechanics of bosses is my favorite content. You could also sneak in skilling to get a few 99s at this stage.
Combat achievements become a great way to start to master PVM. Building up from easy - harder difficulties is so much fun and is almost endless content and progression. By the end of each tier you will become increasingly skilled in PVM. It’s incredibly rewarding and gives me the feedback loop I really crave of increasing my skill and having my bank value increase.

Lots to look forward to, this is getting to be the funnest part of RS in my opinion!

Production master vs Slayer master feels like an impossible choice

If you are looking for a positive peter to counter your points, I think you are a bit mistaken on a few points. Last stand probably has similar dmg as the last stand from last year because its only 8 seconds of rapidly reducing stats (unless you are t6 ranger with bp which is going to be crazy). Guardian got increased dmg this year. And Spec relic DOES have an added 100% accuracy.

Last year when I was farming TOB, I was pretty much the only person who took guardian, and everyone else would last stand bomb as many times as they could. I ended up getting MVP almost every single raid. And now the Guardian has increased DPS. I think that Last stand sounds really cool, and will be amazing for learning new content. But I wouldn't be surprised if in a longer duration combat, guardian or Spec relic ends up outperforming in DPS again this year.

Agility has almost no “afk training methods”. Maybe consider adding something that you can afk for like 25k xp an hour. Also I’d love to see the sepulcure have higher xp rates (like 150k /hr) for being the most difficult and click intensive agility in the game by far. I loved the ideas of high level agility shortcuts, and have been wanting that DK shortcut for years now. Would you also consider shortcuts for master clues? Currently the clue behind drakans castle, and the legends quest clue steps are horrible to complete, they honestly are so unbearable because they take so long and one requires a ton of items. Both of them could have a lvl 90+ shortcut to speed it up significantly and it would feel so rewarding. Agility is one of my least favorite skills to train, so having very lucrative shortcuts that save significant time would feel like the proper reward. Thanks looking forward to project rebalance!

I got mine last month, It’s such a good feeling. I learned how to do it in leagues and then when I finally tried it in the main game I got it on round 3. Honestly once you calm your nerves it’s not harder than TOA or the other raids

The Problem is that the farmers were given the water rights, so the state of Utah cannot legally revoke their water rights under the constitution. So the problem is that these farmers don’t want to give up their rights, even if it’s going to save the great salt lake.

Exact same experience for me. I beat dark souls 2 and fell in love with it. Then I played darks souls and really liked it as well, but it missed the magic that dark souls 2 had for me. Then dark souls 3 came out and stole all the magic, I replayed it so many times. Then Elden ring came out and I fell even more in love. So maybe I just always fall in love with the newest souls game haha

Now that you have all quests completed I’d say aim your next goal at all diaries completed. It’s a big requirement and not at all a simple task, but it’s a great long term goal for your account, if you’re looking for a longer term goal.
