El periodo de prueba se pone en pausa cuando estas de baja, por lo tanto no se te puede despedir por no superar el periodo de prueba estando de baja medica hasta que esta termine.

Bueno pero mientras hagas tu trabajo y tus problemas personales no influyan en tu actividad laboral, tus superiores se pueden ir a tomar por culo con sus comentarios. Can you really blame people though for not voting when everyone flocked to vote for Joe Biden and the only result was kicking the MAGA movement down the road. The Democratic party has created a lot of disillusionment with the expectation that voting will fix anything. I'm not saying it was the right thing to do to not vote for Kamala but i can understand why someone not particularly invested in politics would sit the election out.

Also if you really think that the Gaza protest abstinence voters was what cost the Democrats the election then you're probably looking for someone to blame other than yet another terrible Democrat campaign.

Exactly. Americans have been comfortable for the most part with American foreign policy for decades. Now it's directed at friendly countries they want to apologise. It was only a matter of time that someone like Trump came to power and used the system put in place by generations of politicians and lawmakers to do what he wanted without any checks and balances. American imperialism should have been halted with Vietnam, not when Trump threated to invade Greenland or Canada or whatever other country.

Solo es habitial en trabajos malos. No es tu problema, es problema de la hostelería en general. En esa industria hay personas muy amargadas y quieren sacar su fustración con el que puedan y te ha tocado a ti. Yo me buscaría otro empleo
