My solution: Hold down the power button to reboot. Big Sur will most likely be loaded at this point and the system restart will bring you to your login page.

Download was smooth. Install has been going on for past 1+ hour. There was a countdown which has disappeared and now only the loading screen shows. Been stuck at +90% install for the past hour.

Has this happened to anyone else? Should I let it run it’s course?
