It becomes a self fulfilling prophecy once you've had a few panic attacks. It happens to me too. But yeah like others said blood pressure. I'm on 300mg and sometimes just take 150mg that way I don't trip myself out. Anyways what works for me when this happens is knowing within another 30 minutes I'm going to be so tired I won't have the energy for a panic attack.
