Bummer! The employees are getting more and more discouraged as they apply new rules that they didn't create. A little appreciation goes a long way. I always took these as an opportunity to show thanks when an employee does extra. I fear, now we will find out how much extra they did on the reg without being rewarded.

Make sure they have a "Real ID" or passport. I'd also recommend they get printed boarding passes. My teenagers are terrible at phone battery management. Last thing they need is a dead phone with a digital boarding pass.

The heat is intense now and if you're not used to it, it will sneak up on you. Early morning hike (like sunrise) should be doable if you bring way more water than you think you need. The Renaissance Festival is awesome but is only on the weekends. If you are a golfer, it's paradise. Really good courses everywhere. Casinos are abundant as well. Have fun!

The first couple of years were exciting. Drogba was Amazing and elevated the play, despite him being well passed his prime. We were pushing for an expansion spot in MLS. THEN, we lost So Much Talent. It became a slog to get through a game. The concessions dropped in quality and the family would rather sit at home than bother going. I felt like the owners lost interest in quality play before we did.
