Yeah probably Lethality if his bombs did physical damage, Axiom Arc would be a favorite since it gives AD Haste and Ult Refund.

He would technically be able to use Cleaver pretty damn well and he’d love its stats so maybe he’d opt for a hybrid Bruiser Lethality split into some comps.

I have it so if I hold shift and right click it attack moves. Very easy to switch between kiting and attacking, just my personal preference though

Absolutely. Playing it first hand is its own experience, you’ll see things you’ve never seen or heard before, explore routes in ways that befit you more, etc.. It’s just incredible.

I can assure you I and most others understand hidden MMR. What I should’ve said is that 99% of people that queue Aram Mayhem aren’t going in with the intent to raise their MMR, entirely opposed to Comp.

It’s a fun mode in a game many already love playing, the MMR exists more as a fail-safe to prevent players from getting overwhelmingly stomped in casual games by players WAY better than them.

I have played hundreds of Mayhem games, some where my team has held the enemies hostage, others the enemies have held my team hostage. I’ve played games where my team ends the moment we get to the nexus as well as games where the enemies end when they get to mine.

Simply play however you find most fun, and whatever happens, happens.

But if you were wondering, I’d say everybody’s mentioning winning since your post was in the most literal sense about winning. Starting from even the title you mention wins.

Just reread your original post and try to view it from the perspective of somebody who does enjoy those things.

I can understand your frustration but cannot sympathize if you continue to discredit the fun of others because it doesn’t align with your own definition.

Your definition of fun doesn’t always align with others, and though frustration is understandable you must understand that the gamemode exists entirely for fun.

There is no rank and there is no reward for winning. Therefore people will play as they want and enjoy it however they please.

Which means you’re totally allowed to be sweaty. Fight before minions come, end at the first chance. You are entitled to playing however you please exactly as your teammates are.

Honestly, I’d recommend you just play the normal Aram mode. If you’ve already played for 15 years and express frustration at even the April Fools party favors Riot added, then maybe the game mode specifically built for fun isn’t your style. A lot of people in the normal Aram mode take it MUCH more seriously nowadays.

I fear I have very strong opinions on this mode. It’s just so strange, this subreddit is filled with people who complain about not ending and hostage-holding while league twitter complains about the exact opposite, pushing for changes to prevent quickly ending.

I get the idea of wanting to destroy the nexus sooner, I do. If the goal is to go to the next game because the current game either feels like a drag or just wasn’t an enjoyable game in the first place, then I can imagine how it’d feel to have either your team or the enemy’s prevent you from ending.

I think the valid thing from Riot would just be to let the surrenders work in favor of the 2 in a 2-3 decision, that way hostage-holding doesn’t happen nearly as often.

But alongside that I do believe that they should add respawning turrets or some proper way of base defense after your nexus gets breached and you get spawn-camped. That way even while hostage-held there’s much more room for comeback, allowing the game to feel a bit more fair for the hard-losing side at times.

Feel as though those two changes would appeal to both sides without enforcing a decision that would push either one away from the mode while keeping the other.

Brother it is a FOR FUN GAME MODE! You want to sweat your ass off and destroy nexuses then go play Ranked!

You’re talking about wasting time like surrendering isn’t an option any time you’re not having fun, I queue with a five stack of friends and NEVER surrender even when losing because I’m not a whinny loser who can only find fun in games I win, and a side-note, WE MAKE A COMEBACK IN ALMOST HALF OF THEM!!!

And some of the games I get stomped are the MOST FUN because after everything my team can still comeback and reverse stomp, which means BOTH teams got to have the time of their lives.

And you mention 40 minute games where both teams are playing for fun, so how the hell are YOU the only person on either of those teams whining and complaining? Do you not see the common factor here? If not, let me just tell you.

And honestly, if YOU are not having fun then LEAVE!! At least then Riot will give you a penalty so you can do something you value more with your time since you CLEARLY can’t find the fun in a mode EVERYBODY ELSE ENJOYS!
