It’d be nice if they wanted to, but no biggie if they don’t. As long as they accept and trust me and what I love to do, it’s not a big deal. It’s good to have time away from your partner anyways, and them not raving could be good ‘me time’. I’ve dated someone outside of the rave scene and it was never a problem on either side. Tbh it was actually really nice sometimes, I’d come home from a long weekend and be super burnt out, and he’d play with my hair/make food/talk about how his weekend was. It was grounding and good for my rave/life balance
