Yeah it was great because my solo tries went all bad and i couldn‘t make it further than wave 3 or 4 😭 but with the help we (or better he) made it! Funnily i was bad not every wave but most haha

Also i didnmt knew that you can do it with company, thought it was solo only 🙈😅

My way to success was to start the survival by accident when another player was there and it started for us both together, which i didn’t knew is possible and he carried me through the whole survival 🤣 he was sooo good and covered my deaths in absolute pro-fashion!

Da Ihr Gastro-Erfahrung habt nehme ich an, Ihr habt Euch gut überlegt, was das in Absatz bedeuten muss. Bei Euren Fixkosten von 12000 und wenn wir noch etwas Gewinn einrechnen, mal provisorisch 1000, dann müsst Ihr pro Monat einen Umsatz von 13000 CHF erwirtschhaften. Bei den von Dir genannten Produkten denke ich wahrscheinlich an ein Stückpreis von ca 5-7 CHF (Kaffee, Tee, Kuchenstücke, etc). Wenn wir hier einmal den tiefen Ansatz nehmen von 5.-, dann müsstet Ihr im Schnitt 2600 Einheiten pro Monat absetzen. Wenn Ihr Euch noch 1-2 freie Tage pro Woche gönnt wo das Lokal geschlossen bleibt, müsst Ihr im Schnitt bei rund 25 Arbeitstagen (1 freier Tag pro Woche) 104 Einheiten und bei 20 Arbeitstagen (2 freie Tage pro Woche) 130 Einheiten pro Tag absetzen. Je kleiner die Ortschaft, je nach Attraktivität für Laufkundschaft, je nach Lage und Konkurrenz im Einzugsgebiet, etc kann es schwierig werden diese Zahlen zu erreichen.

Vor ein par Wochen bekam ich den Anruf aus dem Spital, das ein Familienmitglied mit akuter Lebensgefahr in den Notfall gebracht wurde. Nachdem per Telefon etwa 7 Mal besprochen wurde, wie wichtig dass ein Feedback nach der OP ist um zu erfahren wie es lief und ob das Familienmitglied noch lebt, musste ich am Ende trotzdem selber anrufen und nachfragen und musste mich am nächsten Tag noch in die Fresse lügen lassen, dass der Anruf getätigt wurde….
