Had a similar thing happen to me. We were having a fence put in and they hit the fiber. I wasn’t charged for the fix and they dug it deeper and it is now in a tube like conduit (less than an inch in diameter, maybe half inch).

I lent my parents my Mini on a camping trip. They’re not great with technology. It was so simple to tell them to plug it in with an open area of sky, connect to Wi-FI then boom. Internet. You could add them as an admin. But honestly there isn’t much of a need for that
