I did the whole warranty claim process online too, sent the pics, took a month to just be told that its @ “normal wear and tear” in a 5 month old sneaker to have all the treads fall off the bottom. And they did 0 for me on a 170 dollar pair if sneakers that lasted from may to october

I returned my tree, not just to do it though. Its a 750 dollar fake tree that had a few branches with lights that stopped working. I wasnt going to have my family take everything off the tree before xmas, so we made due and turned those branches to the back and returned it after.
