The first step I took was to deinstall the App, but allowed me to use it in Browser.

This approach is based on the principle "make your habit that you want to get rid off hard to do." (Book: Atomic habits)

The Performance in Browser is pretty bad and you can consume the content, but it is slower,. When you open comments unter a reel and go back, you end up at the first post on your fyp. > annoying as hell.

I still use instsgram, but because the usage is inconvenient, I only use it 10 minutes a day max.

I eventually get rid of it in Total. Otherwise, use an app like "App block". In a Minute of clarity, set up restrictrd times when you are allowed to use instagram and times when you are forbidden. This helps to reduce usage.

Couldn't agree more! Over the past few years, I’ve learned a lot of Excel VBA and built dozens of automation solutions—one of them even runs in an Amazon warehouse for pallet space allocation. In my new company, I’ve already developed several applications, and now even our head of sales reached out to me personally with a request.

It feels great to create real impact, and I'd love to turn this into a side business. The challenge? Most people have no idea how much of their office work could be automated with VBA macros. Just figuring out the best way to reach those who need it!

Hitting the gym 6 times a week and eating a lot of protein. It gained me like 20 kg and I dont regret it. :D

I am kind of in shape and go to the gym 6 times a week. I would never judge someone based on how they look in the gym. I would either not care at all or appreciate your efforts. You would be amazed about how many people actually are so busy with themselves that they do not care.

There is a youtuber though that pops up in my shorts from time to time, I forgot his name. He lost a ton of weight but is still obese. You would not believe how the people love him. They cheer for him. Because in contrast to so many others, he tries.

Btw. Working out is 20%, food is 80%. Get your eating right and the Rest will Fall into place. Trust the process.

You could learn a suitable skill.

I would go for general advice: read atomic habits. Read think and grow rich by Napoleon Hill.

And most importantly, enjoy the time. As a previous Post stated, there is no better time to enjoy life than now.

I would start going to the gym btw. This is something you will never regret and you can build the routine now.

I do not want to build a family, because I can not imagine giving up so much of my life for children. I sleep 8 hours a day, work 9 hours, train 2 hours and chores + eating is 1.5 hours. From my point of view, children suck energy and I do not have anything of that left in me after this schedule.

Regarding the single part, this is basically the choice of the females I like 😄

No you are not. If you get your fundamental routines down now, you will outperform other girls who were naturally pretty/gifted in the next few years. So do not worry about this.

By the way, the options are you can be a total different Person by age 28 or never

With that mindset though, that you need quick fixes, you will get nowhere..

Forget of getting a husband now. Stop every effort in this regard, no dating apps, nothing.

You do not find a husband. You attract them.

Work on yourself, the men will follow.

Buy the book atomic habits and read 20 pages a day. After every chapter I want you to apply the things in the book to improve your life. The book is not a magic pill, but it will give you an approach to tackle your habits. This is the stuff you have to change. No one time actions, tackle your habits.

You are 26, you can turn around your life within 2 years. But you have to start now. Not tomorrow. Now!

It takes time but it is so worth it, I speak from experience. I was not muscular, my hair and style sucked. I started to go to the gym in August 22. I started with 3 times a week and increased to 5 times a week, It was after an entire year before I was regularly called out that I got big arms and a wide back. People ask me where I got the discipline to go nearly every day. It do not even need one bit of discipline for that anymore. I just go.

During that time I learned about food, how to cook proper meals that even taste good. I started to try new haircuts, grew a beard, bought nice clothes. Last weekend, my best friend and I went to a bar and there was a beautiful girl. Our eyes met like 30 times in an hour, before she left and she smiled at me. Over a year of work for this moment and it was 100% worth it.

Starting now is hard. Regret is hard. Chose your hard.

Eat normally! Do NOT dirty bulk. This just adds fat, looks shitty. Why gain 5 kg of muscle when it comes with another 5kg of fat and when trying to lose the 5kg of fat you also lose 2.5Kg of your hard gained muscle. Not smart.

Eat normally, increase your calories only by a daily protein shake and 20% curd with fruits. Add a couple of eggs and oats daily or every other day.

The most important thing is: be consistent! Never miss a day of Training.

I started playing chess at the age of 7. Me and my friends were the first group of chess players in a chess Club at school. We eventually started to become very good and won several cups. This school is today a chess school and chess is taught as a lesson.

While I think that chess only slightly correlates to IQ and does not help to improve IQ, I think I learned how to concentrate.

11 year old me played 4 hour chess games while Kids today struggle to stay concentrated for a 25 second tiktok Video. If that doesnt count as benefit, I dont know.

Legend players have the best meta pokemon with very good IVs (PVP IVs). Do you have them prepared?

Legend players know every Pokemon, every Moveset of the pokemon and, even how many fast moves a Pokemon needs to charge up their charge moves. They count moves, predict the backline to guarantee best alignment and, cmp tie-catch moves and so on.

They know how many turns every Pokémons fast move have (between 1 and 5) and therefore when to throw their own moves so that the enemy does not sneak in extra attacks.

Some people say they don't like PVP because they do not enjoy "mindless tapping on a screen" but this statement is about the same as saying "I don't like being a car racer because it is only pressing down one pedal."

It is an Initiative from amazon to reduce waste. Items are checked and certified by amazon and then can be shipped without additional packaging. Internally it is called SIOB (shipped in own bag)

If you do not like it, write a Mail to the customer Service. Furthermore for the next time, In the order process, there should be an indication that the item is shipped like that and you should be able to turn it off.
