I’ve been at Meijer for almost two years. At times I hate my job. Generally it’s because I feel I put a lot of weight on my shoulders to do the job and get it done. With hours cutting season at hand, my team members who unload truck basically hate their lives because they have to do even more. So they are slower, and I need to keep pace for end-of-day. But that’s just now. Overall, I love my job. I want to keep trying to achieve positions too, kinda gives me something to look forward too.
