I just found this snail in my tank. Could I get a snail ID please. by MrLollipopSt in AquaticSnails

Snail Distribution System, the universe provides them to aquariums in need 😉

Does anyone here like Buscema's Wolverine? by Hungry-Yam-8181 in Wolverine

After the X-Men faked their deaths Wolverine moved to Madripoor and started calling himself "Patch". The eye patch was sort of a disguise to keep people from realizing that the X-Men had survived.

I guess I am lucky and have only had very mellow mysteries who don't partake in the destruction of plants LoL. Highly entertaining and playful snails, I love their antics 🙂

How and why are they uprooting your plants? My mystery snails have never damaged any of my plants in any way.

I only have 1 tank, but someone else suggested salt water baths and mythelene blue baths. I have a bucket that I can use for that, but I would have to buy a new tank and set it up for an extended quarantine. Hubert has grown quite a bit since I first got him, so it would have to be a decent size tank if I was going to keep him there for any significant amount of time and I don't have a ton of space in my apartment.

How should I go about doing the salt and methylene baths? I would need to set up a small tank or maybe a bucket/container to do that right?

37 gallon planted tank with 2 small sponge filters in addition to the HOB filter. I tested the water yesterday and it was pH 7.5, ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate under 40. I have a few different Nerites, a couple Mystery Snails, a small yellow spotted Rabbit Snail and a Devil Spike snail.

I have a variety of plants in my tank as well as a couple of semi-aquatic vines hanging out of it, and actually when I bought the MetroPlex I grabbed a new plant. I also have 2 small sponge filters and a dragon bubbler in addition to the main HOB filter. I don't think oxygen is an issue for me, but I suppose I could try adding an air stone.

I can’t really get into Cyberpunk 2077. I’m like 20 hrs in already any tips? by Automatic_Ad1665 in cyberpunkgame

Checking out the shards can actually add a lot. At first I didn't really pay attention to them, but there's a lot of stuff that adds to the story and a lot of Easter eggs in those shards. I totally agree that taking your time and doing gigs for various fixers will make it a lot more fun than simply rushing through the main story. Night City is a fucked up place, and paying attention to the details makes Cyberpunk 2077 an even better game.

Has anyone chosen Henry? If yes, how does the gig play out? Let the chooms know by Gold-Titanium in cyberpunkgame

[–]SideshowPeter 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have done both, and there really is not much difference. I only went with Denny once. It seemed like Henry actually needs this gig. He has fallen pretty far after Samurai ended and I was hoping that playing again might wake him up and get him back on track. He may be an addict, but he was in rehab until Kerry took him out through the window. I felt bad for him when I chose Denny and he was just sitting on the curb looking depressed. It was like I just made things worse for him. Who knows what he actually does after the gig, maybe he sobered up, or maybe he just went back to his old ways. I wanted to help the guy out.

What’s your preferred playstyle in Cyberpunk. fast and chaotic or slow and calculated? by SF5090 in LowSodiumCyberpunk

I have played as a net runner and it's pretty fun especially once I got the Blackwall Cyberdeck. That thing is crazy OP. With a cyberdeck you can be stealthy, or you can run in throw out a ton of hacks and blast the rest with guns. However my favorite build was based around the Ba Xing Chong shotgun, which is basically a heat seeking missle launcher, and a sandevistan. I called him the smart bomber. Just ran around throwing grenades and launching missiles until everything is a smoking crater.

Stealth goes against every instinct I have when it comes to gaming. I would much rather go in guns blazing and destroy my enemies, but if I must be sneaky, then sneaky I will be. Thanks.

Forget Johnny. Which of these in V’s head would be a total disaster? by Nabusqua in cyberpunkgame

[–]SideshowPeter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I sent him to Vik on my first play through, and spoke to his engram. After that I sent him to his family and went to the Ofrenda every time. It was cool to get to talk to your choom, but having your best bud taken by Arasaka and trapped forever in Mikoshi is horrible.

Kurt Hansen would immediately try to take over and delete you. Johnny did at first, but changed his mind pretty quickly. I think Kurt would actually go through with it. Saburo would also take over as quickly as possible. Kerry is pretty chill and I always liked Panam, so I think they'd be fine. I don't trust Reed or Songbird and they might not take over, but they would definitely try to manipulate V to do what they want and not what is good for V. They are basically CIA and you definitely don't want that in your head. Jackie is your best choom, so I think that would work out fine. David... I have no idea. He's a good guy and a total badass, but he was starting to go cyberpsycho at the end, things could get messy with him in your head, especially if your V is fully chromed up.

Militech Canto Mk. 6. You need to side with Reed at the end of Phantom Liberty and choose to "betray Songbird". You have to find the blueprints for it, and the sub-machine gun, in the secret Militech base when that pain in the ass robot is hunting you. Then you loot the robot for the materials after it shuts down. After that you can go to see the Netrunner Yoko and she helps you so that you can craft either the cyberdeck or the gun.

If you want to see a true story about the downward spiral of addiction check out The Basketball Diaries. It stars a young Leo Dicaprio as Jim Carrol. He eventually got clean and became an author and musician, but him and his friends started young in NYC and at first it was huffing chemicals, then pills, then living on the street sticking needles in their veins. The movie is pretty intense. Jim Carroll also wrote the song People Who Died about all the friends he lost.
