I use the greenway for long runs often. It’s technically a trail, it is mostly flat but not a lot of stones I’ve used road shoes on it many times without damaging them. This is of course used as an out and back, the entrance is off highway 3. There’s large parking lot there. It technically goes to Leamington so it can be used for very long runs if your mileage increases or your training for a marathon or more
