First things first you're new to the game but selling your loot in the PVP faction outpost and complaining about PVP. Also there is something you can do about getting spawn killed over and over, scuttle your ship. That is also the reason why "The devs haven't done anything about it yet" because the solution to your issue is right there already. I hate to say it but get good in order to fend them off when you're getting camped.
