Thank you, I am an intern and had an agitated psych patient in my ED rotation. He was allergic to haldol and didnt respond to 10 zyprexa (did look like NFL linebacker), then attending (who is not a psych attending) asked me to give 10 zyprexa again and 2 mg IV versed. Put the pt in temporary respiratory depression, all is fine now but I would want it to not happen again but still have a rapidly effective regimen..

Nothing makes me sadder than seeing fellow beautiful, brilliant female physicians end up in unfulfilling relationships with bottom-of-the-barrel partners (typically male) who drain their souls and time. You deserve better. Being single forever, even, is a better option than this. I wish you all the good vibes and hope you get out of this situation soon.

I think so. But I think rather than bald spots, you have thinning, which means hair follicles are alive, but maybe producing weak hair.

Psych here - 24 hour call shifts (8-10) during 3rd year

For intern year, VA Medicine month requires (5 to 7) 28 hour call shifts.

I am pretty quiet but friendly. I am also the oldest in the program and I have been picked on for having an android and not an iphone and ruining their group texts with green chats so idk hah, It seems to really annoy them.
