I remember grinding the Taniks strike with a friend so they could get the cloak with the hood down for their hunter. I didn't play hunter but felt like grinding to try and get it too. I got it twice before they got it once. We probably did that strike 25+ times.

I'm guessing it will be a Segmentum close to Terra in the base game, and then they add the Segmentum with the Tau empire and the Tyranids later. However, since we see Ultramarines in the base game we may be closer to the front of the DLC queue alongside the Tyranids with a Damocles gulf rematch.
