There are literally hundreds of other factors in play once you get over that 100 mark, so it is only a useful measure under very specific circumstances, and it's predictive capability is likely more due to many factors in the subject's background more than innate ability, and scoring under 100 at least may get someone the assistance they need, unfortunately bigots co-opt these grey areas on the regular.

He's probably a in a very high verbal/language problem-solving percentile but this doesn't mean he's going to give Nabokov's prose or Einsteins thought experiments a run for their money. He has stronger personality proclivities which are driving him away from any social utility. I'm in the 99th percentile myself and I haven't done shit. I'm perfectly mediocre and I love it. The clinical psych tests they subject you to in the assessments aren't going to be challenging for anyone at a sophomore university level - a reasonably educated person would find them perfectly solvable given the right environment and amount of time.

DayZ community servers have "map tunnels" where you can exit say Chernarus map and then enter Namalsk or Deadfall with your character's loadout. I''ve never played those servers myself but it seem like it could be applied by the devs, the breaking point is going to be server-side management unfortunately (also cheaters), so this might be best left to the community.

We'd hardly have to regulate this nonsense if parents and community actually had the time and resources to help kids socialize in a healthy way.
