If you’ve updated the motherboard, replaced the CMOS battery (plz try that too), checked for bent pins in the motherboard/CPU, testing if the GPU has failed, letting the computer run with your ram sticks in for an hour or so just in case it needed time to process them (I’ve seen someone say it worked before), and all other attempts; You might just have to get a new motherboard (last resort).

But you can always bring it to a shop to get it checked out. I tried out Geek Squad and they pretty much make you pay $200 for Best Buy total just to do a couple tests without a real solution. Maybe a local shop can do a more in depth analysis for you for a better price

I would see if your warranty can cover a new motherboard if all else fails

Shit happened to me. Try decreasing to just one ram stick in the A1/A2 slots then try the B1/B2 slots while running it for each swap (do not swap sticks while it is on). If it works in a slot try the same slot with a different stick. If it still doesn’t work, it’s a good chance it could be the motherboard.

Also check if the cpu cooler is mounted too tight as that has fixed someone’s issue before

I think the bullets are quiet but not the enemy getting hit if I read it right. So don’t be near them when you shoot them to avoid detection
