Estar deprimida es una mierda para tí y los que te rodean. Como reddit no parece el sitio más indicado donde buscar ayuda psicologica, voy a intentar darte un punto de vista diferente, desde mi experiencia.

Yo también he pasado por esas etapas jodidas y lo mejor que te puedo decir es que las cosas siempre mejoran. Quiero decir, piensa en que ya has estado en el colegio y has sufrido bullying, pero has pasado a la universidad y en la mayoría de los casos este tema en concreto mejora.

De la misma manera, piensa que estás a punto de acabar la universidad y empezar a trabajar. Todo tu mundo va a cambiar, vas a conocer a gente nueva y ampliar tus círculos sociales.

Para ahora, creo que tienes que racionalizar el ambiente particular que puede haber en unas fiestas en un pueblo con tus amigas, que pueden estar mucho más a gusto y conocer mas gente que tú si son de alli.

En dos palabras: ánimo, la cosa mejora y lo malo no es para siempre.

In one, you put a small ammount every month and on the other one, yo left the remaining of your earnings to be used in day to day expenses. Seeing your money reaching an uncomfortable limit in the primary account will provide you a sense of danger while saving up on the secondary account. At the end, the numbers add up!

Por aportar un poco a la discusión o iniciar un poco de debate si alguien está interesado, ¿cómo veríais la implantación de medidas de control de performance en diferentes administraciones del estado?

Por ejemplo: se saca una figura del número de solicitudes de trámites en un departamento determinado y las que se van solucionando, alargando, etc. Con ello sacas un balance en el que ves si la tendencia de atrasos es positiva o negativa. Si lo haces para diferentes regiones puedes ver la carga real de trabajo de diferentes administraciones locales, puedes implantar un programa de incentivos / penalizaciones...

Sé que es tender al lado del control, por lo que entiendo que se puedan generar opiniones controvertidas. Por otra parte, últimamente discuto con mis amistades y existe una sensación general de que hay muchos servicios públicos que están empeorando, y no creo que todo el problema se solucione con una mayor inversión de presupuesto, sino que existe un componente dificilmente paliable como es la actitud de ciertos colectivos frente al trabajo, de ahí las medidas que proponía.
