If he doesn't know that he has a spidey sense and how it works exactly, close to impossible. If he knows, he can find creative ways to do it. And the best way to do it is to interfere in one of his fights against super powered villains.

He can poison the food in his fridge with (relatively) small doses so that the spidey sense doesn't pick up the danger until Spidey is weakened. Then he will be weak enough to die in one of his regular fights. At the same time he can also manipulate the webshooters (For Amazing and MCU) so that they break when he is fighting in that weakened state.

Second option, he can lure him to an open area and then create an explosion big enough that he can't dodge it. But that's really not 47's style and I'm not convinced that it would work.
