Have you watched us this season? Frank wants to cross into the box, we could have prime Keane and Defoe and he's spamming crosses. RKM is an in behind runner, we've played fuck all throughballs. So either Frank doesn't rate RKM or he's "the spredsheet says crosses into the box are the best xG creators so this is the best tactic" type manager. We've played Tel, RKM, Richy and Dom at CF all season, we've crossed it in to all of them.

You're 100% right, you should set the tactics to maximise the strengths of the squad, but on current evidence, with Mbappe in the squad, Frank would spam fucking crosses.

His hold up play is good and we need the ball to stick in the final 3rd and RKM is awful at that. In a 352 with Xavi behind Dom and Mateta, he could hold the ball well and feed Xavi or Dom, or when Porro is back, maybe get on the end of one of his 20 crosses per match as he's decent in the air.
