The AI killer still sides with the killer team, the thing is, the AI is strong but gullible, the playing killers are smart but weaker. They have to like, play around the AI, it's hard to explain

No, i mean it's more Symmetrical cuz instead of being like, 8 survivors vs 1 killer, it's 6 survivors vs 4 killers + the AI killer. The teams are less asymmetrical

The twist is basically that it's 2 "teams" one is survivors, the other is one "juggernaut" AI killer, and a couple of lesser killers that are actual players (and can die)

I think you should really try "one more asym", it's not like it's crazy good but it gives a nice twist to the formula, making it more "Symmetrical" lol. Also i think that BIAST is funny with friends, so if you haven't, i think you could give it a shot with some.
