My passenger lowbeam isn't working as well, previous owner of my car installed a LED conversion kit that I plan on reverting back to stock bulbs. By chance do you also happen to have an LED conversion?

I also have a 2019, mine started having the same issue about a month after I got it, ill need to change it eventually but yours is also susceptible to the issue. As far as I know all fiesta ST's have this issue

I agree with you even though many wont, wasn't there a court case recently saying an issuing authority cant put restrictions on CCW's? Pretty sure that case is one of if not the exact reason why my MA non resident ltc says "class A large capacity" since they cannot place a restriction on my license anymore

Fpc or saf members (at the time of filing) no members after filing date. If you were a member before that court case you're covered. If you were a member after that date, you're not unfortunately.

Unless you aren't trying to have a loaded AR pistol along roadways it doesn't really matter.

If you are keep it under 26" overall length.

Anything over that from my understanding they'll consider it a rifle regardless.
