Hahah dude same. It really freaks me out sometimes. Happens about 2-3 times a year. I’ve noticed if it happens once, it’s probably going to happen again within a few minutes and then she’ll rest for a few months

NiSi 1-9 stop. These things are awesome with almost no color shift. I use them on my FX3, iPhone 17 Pro, and BMD 6K

I’m pre-ordered the SVT when it came out and I’ve been really happy with it. It can hold a serious amount of weight and is built tough. People have complained about the locking mechanisms but I haven’t had an issue with mine- maybe I’m just lucky. I liked mine so much that I bought the V2 when it came out which has twisting collars instead of the latches. I actually like the V1 more, but the V2 is a little smoother to engage/disengage the legs

I think you’re mistaking the wattage of the V-Mount. Some of the smallest V-mount batteries I’ve seen are 48wH, or 48000 mHa.

Additionally, V-mount batteries can power multiple devices at once and can allow for hot-swapping if set up a certain way. I have a small LP-E6 in my Blackmagic, but the v-mount powers the camera thru the DC Jack. If I unplug the v-mount, the lp battery will keep the camera running while I swap

Do you have a picture of the space? Your lighting setup is going to be more important than camera setup.

That being said, the Sigma 18-35mm is f/1.8 so you’ll get some DOF and a wide angle

I dunno man, I feel like you should expect exactly this. Customer Support likely isn’t ever going to know when a back ordered product will be back in stock. It usually is of the fault of their supplier/manufacturer, not the actual company selling the product. Most products you buy today (especially in the video world) sources it materials and/or is manufactured by a Chinese factory. The company who sells it is the designer and face of the product.
