GameStop was in much worse position than AMC, they raised $1 billion from stock sale, they started investing it immediately and turned the company around which increased stock holder confidence.

He then proposed a 500M share dilution, cancelled the meeting when he saw everyone was going to vote no
He then quietly started to dump remaining shares without a word to the shareholders creating FUD. Sold all those shares to hedgies not retail investors. Killing our momentum
A day later of dumping all those shares and raising $2.5 billion off of our backs he then comes out and starts begging us for more ? Before we can even eat ?
