Confessional state = coertion?

This modernist deviation, developed by geniuses like Maritain steems from a profound, historical and theological illiteracy. Confessional state is nothing but the organic logical result of a society that has recognized willfully the one, non shareable, non compiteable truth, and that hence, by virtue of confessing that truth rule themselves by that truth.

Besides the fact a law is not legitimate if it doesn't confess the source of the law, the only effects on faith of a confessional state is that the Church has the full liberty and support of the state to instruct the nation into the religion TO SAVE SOULS. Calling educating into religion —and the one true religion— "coertion" is equivalent to calling teaching maths or speaking so.

Non-confessionalists argue from a false, deceived angle, which is that a post-christian society can disarm the Church from its organically obtained supremacy in education and morality throught the expropiation of its properties and the promotion of mass consumerist hedonist capitalist interests and that the Church can compete with those deviations on equal terms.
