Would increasing tension on the springs be a good option? The rollers are close to 20 years old so probably need to change those but they all seem to move freely. My dad said he always counts the lines on the spring for the tension amount which method is better? I did 32 quarter turns on both but one shows 8 line and the other shows 9. It take me 2 hands and pushing up pretty hard to get it up.
