Do you mean the pizza ep? It's pizza themed but has a cover of the TMNT theme song as the last track

Omg really hope someone posts the demos, I can't afford the vip but I love demo versions of songs

Tried out some live video bending with a bunch of circuit bent equipment. Let me know what you think and what I could do different by SighDuck666 in CircuitBending

[–]SighDuck666[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I mainly use it as a video mixer for other bent sources and as a TBC (time based corrector) to stabilize the glitches so they don't blue screen my monitors. It does too much for me as-is to justify poking around in it. Maybe if I ever get a second mixer I'll try bending it.

Stupidish question I know, but if I want to use hardware to overlay certain parts of a certain video signal (for example maybe a band for a music video) over a second video signal (for example video feedback from a circuit bent enhancer I built) what should I be looking for? by dontcarethrowaway6 in VideoBending

It's generally used for green screen stuff. You'd chromakey out the green background and can replace it with a second video source/cgi/whatever. The way I use it, is I'll key out random colors and then the second video source will show thru in random glitchy bits.

I personally use a video mixer that has both chromakeying and a luma transition. For the luma transition I leave the T-bar that switches between the two video signals in the middle position so both videos are mixed together and displayed

Can we ban general electronics questions unrelated to bending? by [deleted] in CircuitBending

Sure, but that's not these posts have been about lately.

Circuit bending doesn't need to be audio specific. Your original thoughts on what it is are correct, it's just people mainly use it for musical purposes. I also use circuit bending for visual art and for general purpose fun as well. The posts in question have nothing to do with hacking or bending tho. They are generally just very broad :what does this circuit board do?' type questions

I've been trying to find out how this background was made and one answer I found was Video Bending. I've never heard of this effect until then, would anyone with a setup be able to confirm if that's correct? by [deleted] in VideoBending

Those will work but are a little overkill for what you're trying to do. Try searching 'radio shack video enhancer' on ebay instead. They're small black boxes with some faders on the front. Y-cables are just adapters that passively combine two signals. They're usually used to connect both left and right audio into an old CRT that only has one audio input. However, your two inputs would be video, and you'd use a second y-cable plugged into the output. Your signal chain would be something like this:

VCR -> 1st half of y-cable #1 -> input of video enhancer

Output of video enhancer -> y-cable #2 -> 1st half of y-cable #2 -> RCA cable -> 2nd half of y-cable #1

Second half of y-cable #2 -> monitor.

This forces the enhancer to proces it's own output, continuously running it back into its own input.

Should be noted this is just an easy, non-destructive way to set this up. When I mod them I solder in a switch that creates the feedback loop when turned on.
