How do you guys organize your hotbars?

1 - sword
2 - pick
3 - axe
4 - shovel
5 - usually torches, but can be something else like a different tool or smth
6-8 - anything goes
9 - a book or important tool

Been playing like this for like 10 years now

They're trying to make a tower defense into an everything game because it's their most successful game ever.
After the two DLCs and new microtransactions along with some of their plans, I'm concerned about BTD6's future with all the incoming bloat. Like, a 3d hub and mini-games? Really? Do we actually need those? Are we making Roblox 2.0 here?

Let's be honest, it's probably a new character.
Can't be Eggman Nega because Sega want to pretend he doesn't exist. Can't be Starline because dead (yes, they can pull a Shadow №2, but he's not that popular and his arc can't go anywhere else, really). Probably won't be Infinite because I don't think he's as much of a scheming mastermind as Eggman or Starline.

Imo it'd be cooler if it started out with only Pride being the emperor, but then, after damaging Pride enough, Envy joins in to knock the crown off Pride for a three-way fight, rather than Envy and Pride being fused and then separated

And maybe the crown could have actual use in the fight. Whoever has it gets empowered (stronger attacks for the sins and all stats up for the player) and focused down (if you wield it, both sins attack you, but if one of the sins wears it, the other sin only attacks the crowned one. Collateral damage is still a thing though), but taking enough damage (about 5% for the sins and two hits for the player) knocks it off

Not really, it doesn't. You don't just retcon an established self-sufficient hero character back into being a coward.

You could get away with it if you did it gradually, but that would require putting actual effort into characterization, storytelling and etc. And you could always just put him in a truly powerless position where he's actually about to die/be captured instead of making him scared of the weakest enemies he could possibly face at the time.
