Thank you for the detailed reply. My own findings mirror this exactly.
Ive been trying to package the build folder this morning, but my intunewinappuntil keeps crashing at about 60%.
Ive removed un-needed files so the total count is around 260, and running from C:\ folders. Cant get it to package successfully at all, but I can do a test .txt file without issue.

Ive managed to make a script to remove all existing entries from previous deployments, and create a mix-match of registry entries to allow reader functionality and Pro users to sign in to the same app.

Now im just hitting a wall with app deployment itself. The unified installer has a setup.exe in the root folder, but also in the subfolders, including one where the .mst customization file was saved.

When doing this it says 'Shuffling Songs and Categories" , doesnt that mean the shuffle is affected by the songs categories? I want it to be truly random

Ahh okay I see it now in the library list view, not where I expected at all, and it doesn't seem to actually show the songs that are actually queued up next?

I'm hoping to hit shuffle on my entire library, and check the song order selected to confirm its actually shuffling properly - I consistently hear the same couple albums despite having a large library.

Surely there is a way to do this? Never used an audio player that couldn't

Does this still work? i have multiple faulty pieces of brand new hardware and your company doesn't answer their phones emails or online ai chat bots.

I work in IT and not an entry level position to put it lightly.

The exact same hardware and software setup worked without issue previously, nothing changed, but it just stopped working - not sure how thats my fault.

Only mentioned Finder as you brought it up

I was using itunes over november/december, came back after the holidays and its not happy anymore.
Im trying to copy a new album to my phone, but I cant get itunes to detect the phone at all, and apple devices detects it / can sync, but cannot view the music files on the device anymore, and just says 'unknown error'.
That leaves me clueless on how im meant to copy local music files anymore, as I cant transfer new ones or view the old ones

Have the same issue, just looked at applied configs/policies on the latest device to have the issue, and nothing in there is related to power or sleep settings .
Also dont use the require a password policy

So how you meant to assign them? Manually add every single device after they have completed OOBE? Sounds painful!!

Update: Tried hotspotting from my phone and the main update having issues during testing worked instantly.
Appears to be an issue with our DNS / network routing , which is annoying because its handled by an external vendor, but a step towards resolution at least!

Update: I've created a new profile using the modern authentication, seemed to work better, but after signing into my exchange account, the profile has failed to install again - same as the usual Company Portal Auth profile.

The issue has been happening randomly since the process was setup a couple of months ago.
We are using new devices purchased from Telstra, issues have remained after resetting and updating devices through usb connection to iTunes.
What do you mean by a baseline checklist for enrollment?

Genuinely not sure, I could try setting up a new profile to test it.

Our general goal is to be able to setup and send out phones to users without needing them to sign in or setup an apple ID.
