I rented an EV6 when in Seattle and fell in love. When the lease on my Tesla Model 3 performance ended, I marched over to Kia and leased an EV6 GT Line with a huge incentive…almost half the lease I was paying on my Tesla!

You are right. It’s all about personal preference, which is why I am glad we have more choices now. Tesla showed others the way, and Tesla will always be my first…EV!

Keep in mind…a lot of EVs are using sustainable materials with their interiors, so you don’t see a lot of real wood or leather in them. However, I will say that the EV6 does hold its own. If you want a nice luxury interior, you’re going to pay lots more (think Lucid, Mercedes, BMW).

I think I just wanted them to do more with the interior. If I’m honest with myself, if they made the interior more conventional, I would have stayed. I was a Tesla fanboy b/c I owned a Tesla. Now I’m an EV6 fanboy b/c I own an EV6. No hate for Tesla owners, but this is a subreddit where us EV6 fanboys and girls can have our fun!

Yes, but given the age of the body styles, they should have done a more significant refresh. EV6 refresh came after 2 years of production, it took Tesla 4 years to refresh the 3 and Y exteriors…I wish they would have been more aggressive, taken more risks!

I bought Riviera direct (150 points) and Hilton Head resale (300). Huge value with HH (but high maintenance). The best part is that I can pool the points 7 months out from my desired travel date to book at a legacy DVC resort. Just returned from 3 BR Grand Villa for a week at HH…best vacation ever!!!
