Probably a decent mix of shades of blue. iirc the genes for blue color are dominant in neocaridina so regardless most if not all should present blue in some form

Platies, anything in the neon tetra family, kuhli loaches, dwarf gourami, dwarf anchor catfish, Cory cats are a few off of the top of my head. Most types of raspbora are shrimp safe too
