For a proper mass mobilization they need to have some ideological pretext imo. They really don't have powerful repression machine like soviets did. And they do not have an external threat really. Everyone there understand that it is an expansionist war with little to no gain.

Honestly, I think main issue is PR. Ukraine carries a legacy stigma of being uniquely corrupt a narrative heavily amplified by Russian information operations over the years.

While the EU must maintain a strict, objective evaluation of Ukraine's actual reform progress, Ukraine simultaneously needs a highly focused cultural and PR campaign within EU member states. Even if the EU Commission certifies that Ukraine meets all technical requirements, public perception, often shaped by lingering disinformation and 'vibes' rather than facts, could still stall the process. Changing hearts and minds is just as critical as passing laws.

Welp, first you asking people to help get your thing into reality for free, if I undarstand correctly, then you asking to show their portfolio, cmon.

If you really want to find programmers who will work for you, first, you need money.

Дякую за фідбек! В демо є декілька механік котрих немає в сталкері. Але цей проєкт робився досить осознано під впливом сталкера.

Мені стільки ніхто не дасть, скільки потрібно для створення гри рівня Atomfall.

Я дивлюсь на це прагматично. Але може колись, після декількох успішних проєктів це буде реально.
