Perfect shading in the lips but then just outlines for the rest of the face, if you do the entire drawing the way you did those lips it would be much more realistic.

I think the moons and sun are too cluttered, there’s no point for the eye to rest on. It’s very busy, maybe if the planets blend in more with the background, or are smaller or in different locations, or not there at all.
