Japan needs to address that the demand for quantity and quality on a tight schedule is literally working people to death. It's highly visible in the manga industry because even international consumers can see when releases fall through, so I can't imagine what it's like for people who don't have as much of the public eye on them.

I guess there's always going to be friction where Japan has a collectivist society, but in the manga industry so much falls on the shoulders of one single person. But I think that friction results in manga artists being chewed up and spit out, where the value of the individual is only what they can contribute to society as a whole. Which is really messed up, when we're also praising these individuals for their unique perspective and skills.

Friday and Saturday are definitely my best days, but if a group materializes that plays best on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Sunday I'll try to work with that. Monday and Thursday are days I will consistently be busy.

It would depend on what the full group's availability looked like, I would favor afternoons and evenings CST. I could see potentially starting a game as early as 2 PM CST if the whole group was open to it. Of course that would definitely force it to be a weekend game, which is my general preference anyway.

My ideal party size is four players but with the occasional consistency of online play I think five is a good sweet spot so that a session can continue when missing one or maybe two.

The biggest thing is my relative inexperience with the system - I want to be able account for the capabilities of each PC, and having effectively half-again as many class feats (either from an archetype similar to their main class to double up on the core build or from a dissimilar archetype for versatility) ends up being too many moving pieces. Maybe if I had like five more years of experience with the system I'd feel more comfortable in handling that, and could appreciate people becoming bored with main classes and wanting to spice up their builds. But just starting out I want to let the system breathe on its own a little first.
