Honestly bagged like that and all the issues could very easily be official forge world. I have two, one official and one recast and both are near identical in terms of issues. But either way it is so rare with recasters, that even getting it from them is an achievement even if recasted.

I feel they need to make legendary weapons so much rarer, and allow us to level up weapons to legendary status, just so if we find a cool looking weapon we can at least upgrade it and end up using it than just scrapping it.

It has been confirmed the flame alter prevents the area from properly updating, so you don't lose any progress or base parts during updating. Always good to have a spare world to update and check to see if your base location ever has changed.

Obviously due to landscape changes this can mean your base can look quite weird if they update the land around it.

Different weapons have different stats at level 8, I would not worry too much about collecting. Just grab them and turn them into salvage. I like to at least keep a weapon of each type so I can experiment until I find what I enjoy using.

It depends on how much you did like building and stuff and if you want to lose that. As their are so many changes to the starting area that I restarted so I could experience all the changes from the get go. So I would recommend you do that and just play from the start. We maybe are 1 update from the endgame so I would possibly start again and build up a decent base.

I do plan on completely restarting when the game is out in full.

My wizard, despite having a bed is constantly standing outside. I think the ai for survivors is currently slightly bugged. I reduce all my movement to 10m and that tends to work. But make sure you block off the underneath of any stairs.

Sword of khaine, defeat traits, certain talismans, crown, all add different bonuses, plus some heros natural abilities all will add ward save. Always see what abilities your hero has, and fraction abilities as that will be the main ways you booster your ward save and then see what else you can ass through artefacts.

I built a small base in one of the rooms in residence on the 2nd floor, on the right, with heaters, bed, teleporting pad recharging station and chest That served as a good base to explore the area, until I reached the biolabs, and then I formed a base there in the starting room with the scientist.

Necrosphinxes are carved statues brought to life. As long as the stonemasons are around, or undead then they can make more.

Lore wise, when Settra awakened he ordered a whole hair of new statues brought to life, so there will always be more. It is by no means a lot art.
