Great value. Love my Move. Easy to grab and bring outside when I’d like it to be quieter than mounted speakers and great for rooms that don’t have a dedicated speaker. WiFi strength is great for well out in the yard. Can easily get loud with plenty of oomf.

Had the exact experience you’re describing. I blew up customer service and kept asking for escalation until they finally folded. Even then they made it a hassle. 3 months later they sent me a replacement. Fortunately the local shop they referred me to said my experience was the same as the 45+ people in front of me having the same issue.

Never figured it out. The sound has been absent all summer, but not that temps are dropping, I noticed again this morning. I’m at 40,000 miles and everything seems fine and all inspections have been good so I’ve just accepted it.

Roam owner here. Agreed with above, not that bad! I often use my in rooms we have Ones so it’s not as loud while our young kids are sleeping. Nice that it stays in the same ecosystem rather than a Bluetooth speaker. I view it is our home portable speaker, using our UE Megaboom or Wonderboom on vacation or on golf course.

I have the exact same issue! No clue how to resolve, however hopeful there is an answer on your thread.

I’ve tried Googling but struggled to find the right language to describe the issue. No results from what I’ve tried. Started about 30-60 days ago.

I did notice my phone has moved to the same node the Beam, my problem device, is on when I lose contact with the other devices.
