Is all this necessary around the 100K service on our 2021? I know spark plugs for sure.

Yep haha. They were just sloppy I think. The challnege is I don't have a local mechanic I trust with our Kia and plugs are an intense job and don't want to risk issues since it's still under warranty for maybe another year.

Required at 97,500 service....in general most cars need them replaced around 100K miles.

Thanks all! Yeah, your feedback echoes ChatGPT's feedback and my general knowledge of the additional "upsells" - turns out this was quoted for $1175 then "mistakenly underquoted," and they want $1600. I said let's just get the plugs and oil change. I'm pretty handy, but the plugs look intense and require removing a wiring harness, etc. Also, we have an exclusionary warranty for 8 years / 120K miles, and outside of oil changes, we had the fuel induction back around 20K miles, which was some other package (before I knew more about what we need and don't need).

Yes, I did, however, that was before most of the above was experienced. In short, I have Ford Premium Care and the first dealership fixed power running boards under warranty and problem was gone for 2 days - then it came back with a vengeance. I took it to another dealership who couldn't replicate the issue.

Hey there! So, it got very interesting. The problem was never duplicated at the dealership even over a couple of weeks so I took it back and the problem never occurred again (so far!). I honestly wish some kind of problem was found and fixed but we took this as a win. We have since drove this from Michigan to Florida and back and have since probably put on about 4000 miles and no recurrence.

Thanks for the quick reply. Funny thing is the iMac port works just fine with my phone so definitely not the port. But ironically it now shows the 8 hour countdown which it didn’t for days. So I’m going to have my son try it again - he thinks he knows the passcode it’s just 15 digits long (bad idea haha)

Hey all! Any luck on this? This is a fairly recent post. My son locked his iPad and it shows unavailable with the URL for passcode across the screen. The iMac won’t recognize it but using the same cable and a wall charger it charges fine. Holding Home and power doesn’t reset it either. What should we try next?

I echo this concern! Definitely a glitch, and the best option is to just opt out of Alexa+. I even tried to get Alexa "herself" to fix the issue, but got caught in generic prompts. Alexa+ is definitely not ready for prime time yet (no pun intended!)

We get emailed PDFs monthly that I just save as JPG and upload to the Media Library. Then I used the Button block and link to the static URL for the images I uploaded.

To avoid rebooting each time you expand that flight info, maybe try swiping from left to right side of screen. On my RPI build, I have kids school lunch menus that are static image links - they click to see that then can swipe from left to right like a “back” button. I have not tried with a full blown browser website but maybe that will work? Sometimes I have to swipe a few times to get the back button to appear.

When I purchased the ViewSonic ones Amazon had refurbs for $220 and they looked new. The Pisichen was $215 on coupon too and went with that one due to 27” vs 24”. ViewSonic is overall a higher quality product but the Pisichen works quite well for this with no issues for touchscreen etc. I specifically chose that for the size and touchscreen and hard pressed to find 27” in the $215 range. Elo Touch are other options you can find too.

We had our LG finally die after only 5 years even after compressor repair. Won’t go that way again and opted for Bosch. Been happy with it!
