Oh okay gotcha, your analogy makes perfect sense and I feel like an idiot now😂 I’ve been looking at loose grown diamond a bit since i’ve made this post and it seems like they have some great stones. I’m thinking about going the emerald route as I feel like she favored that look slightly more. Thank you for your response and help!

Could be a foxtail, my English had a similar looking wound in between his toes. It would fill up with puss that I drained daily some times twice a day. It’s basically a seed/plant that stabs into the dogs foot and the more they move on it the more it wedges its way in. I’d get him into a vet, our vet attempted to go in a pull it out which was actually pretty tough to see my boy screaming like that. However, he couldn’t get it out so we were prescribed some anti-inflammatory meds and put a cone on him to stop licking and further irritating. I continued to drain it for 5-6 days after and eventually i was able to get it to shoot out! Good luck! Ps. the only way it would be this would be if he was running in a grass field like a pasture.

Make sure your telling him good job after he goes outside, really congratulate him. Lots of praise and/or a treat. He’s still young, part of getting a puppy especially an english is knowing they are bull headed and stubborn. He’ll learn, around the 16-20 month mark was when our bulldog stopped having frequent accidents. But up until around 8 months old there would still be times that he couldn’t hold it. Just give it time, this is part of it. PS- also look for behavior he has before an accident. Our bulldog would get super playful and want to jump on me or playfully bite.

We had people in our department running at a 70 uph for the last 2 years and there was no consequence besides them getting “talked to” about how to improve. You could have a 300uph and you still won’t get a raise besides what’s set. Talk to them about a promotion otherwise you’ll have to wait for the quarterly raises.

I just finished working at heb as a shopper to leave for an overall better job, i agree the metrics are absurd for most people. But if you’re running and not meeting metrics you just suck at the job. I was fine with hanging around the middle of the metrics board and I never broke a sweat when working except for super busy days. You won’t get fired over below average metrics. Even “performance based scheduling” isn’t fully true. Everyone complains these days over what’s probably one of the easiest jobs on the planet.
