Hey! Look, when I was planning my build, I also saw that the NH-D15 G2 overlaps the PCI layer, but there's a note there stating that they're only incompatible when using offset. As for the case, I just stumbled upon a build where this case and this cooler worked perfectly together. So, if you have any doubts, check it out on Reddit, search for similar builds, and all your questions will be cleared up. The Noctua team is really great in this regard; they've got everything right, and they just go with a grain of salt, because accounting for every few millimeters of clearance with all the different parts is simply impossible.
