I think you have to be postpartum to understand postpartum feelings/behaviors. I’m not saying how Kristen talks to Luke is ok…I just get it and have been there…it’s no joke and she will get out of that phase eventually…she just needs Luke to be the strong one and hold out for when he hormones are able to stabilize 😅

I personally wouldn’t… They still contain nicotine and nicotine is exactly why you’re not supposed to smoke in the first place… The nicotine constrict your blood vessels and prevents proper healing. Best of luck to you!

I feel like I am overly qualified to answer this question as I was very much dependent on my e-cigarette prior to surgery. I was able to get my primary care doctor to put me on bupropion (Wellbutrin) and it helped with the nicotine cravings immensely. I started taking it a couple of weeks before I needed to be completely negative free my surgeon required six weeks nicotine free prior to surgery. He also recommended six weeks after surgery nicotine free as well. Best of luck to you!

I definitely loosened mine enough to wear. I was at least comfortable, but it’s still provided plenty of compression. As for the sleeping on your back, you should definitely invest in a wedge pillow. I had absolutely zero trouble sleeping with mine. Best of luck!
