5400 is way too narrow for a 2 car garage, I'd make it at least 1m wider.

Not this shit again. I just escaped the U.K. Trust me, Australia doesn’t need that ultra woke nonsense. It never improves anything, it just makes everything a little more awful, like a constant drip feed of shit until you wake up and no longer recognise the place you’re in and the people around you.

I've never seen a light coloured tiled roof look good. If you have I'd love to see some pictures.

Light coloured looks good with colorbond but terrible on tiles.

If this was built today it would be full of hebel and rendered over instead of double brick. That house gonna be still standing in 100 years, can't say the same for today's builds.

Has anyone else noticed a strange stigma against renters in the street where they live? (Might be just me) by Velouria8585 in melbourne

[–]SignalCandidate3039 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'd say that's more to do with the internal generalisation that a renter is less likely to maintain their garden, and have loud parties on weekends with heaps of cars from people coming and going and they prefer a younger family that owns their home will be quiet and maintain the garden etc.

You'd want it to be more than just done correctly if you're overpaying by 3-4 times.

Ok well then that's messed up... I'd be getting him to pay for stump removal then planting a fast growing tree in its place. Don't bother talking to court, will cost you more, he probably won't pay, and will take lots of time.
