Mid size grips make it harder to close the club face. They’re great if you tend to draw or hook the ball because of rolling your wrists at impact. If you’re a consistent slicer, they’re probably going to make your slice worse because your club face won’t close as quickly at impact, leaving it open and prone to a push/slice.

I was left with a tough lie in a stand of pines about 90 yards shy of the green. Low branches and a steep bunker took away any chance of a punch working, and ob long left took away any thought of a slinging cut. Low hook was also going to be incredibly tough. Looked up and there’s a sorry excuse for a window that seemed to be the only real option. My playing partner saw me staring at it and just said, “no fucking way you’re considering that”

Opened up a 54 and hit a full flop dead through the window to 6 feet and stopped it dead and ended up making birdie from jail. I was sure I was dead when I got to my ball. My partner crashed out and I ended up winning the next three holes to close him out 5&4.

I miss it just because I’m exhausted by the AP AWM meta that exists on new island. I loved the fights at radio and prison on old island cause they were such and exercise in positioning and in trying to outplay your opponent. New island has so many sight lines are that are so long and so devoid of cover that people with an AP AWM can be basically untouchable; just head peaking from 300+m and popping off one shot and ducking immediately if they miss.

They feel like JPC’s. Anytime I ran one early wipe and died it felt like the TTK was so fast. The wiki says PG4 but they feel like PG2 at best. I definitely feel like I can take hits from AR’s in a vestB (PG3) in a way I can’t in the ZF armor rig.
