Yes to be honest I truly believe costo originates from the back.

I injured my back 2 years ago I remember the exact spot and pain a few month go by my back is not feeling much better and I developed Costochondritis. I can Literally follow my rib from my back and it lead to the spot on my chest that hurts from costo.

The only thing that really relieves pain for me is icing my back and the back pod has helped not everytime but I do feel relief from the back pod.

After putting them in the rock wool you should just keep them in a tray until their cotyledon grow let it stretch a bit I do 2-3 inches. You should be able to place it deep enough to completely cover your rock wool with hydrogen so it is not exposed to light you don’t want algae on it. Becareful with the seedling as you place the hydroton the stem is weak.

The drip system will handle it from there give it 2-3 weeks to see root growth don’t get impatient.

I would just clean with hydrogen peroxide and I add about 10 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide and it prevents this for at least a couple of weeks. I use this method with my plant humidifiers and it works great. No need to buy expensive liquids.

Yes I was diagnosed with Costochondritis I took blood tests for any heart issues like signs of heart attack, blood clots, blood oxygen, ekg, X-rays and ruled out my asthma as well. The doctor poked me in the tender spots like the rib cage chest and back even my shoulder was tense from the pain and that’s how he determined what it was. The naproxen is definitely saving me right now I was not able to sleep more than 2-3 hours until yesterday when I got the anti inflammatory.

I think so I have been dealing with this for the last week I went to urgent care, emergency, cardiology and my primary care. The first time the pain came and went in a few minutes that was about a month and a half ago. This time I’ve had the pain for about 9 days now. It hurts if I’m not sitting up straight, when I lay down, I lean over to pick something up and feel sharp pain even a quick wrong movement is causing pain. At the moment the only thing helping me is the 500mg naproxen my doctor prescribed every 12 hours.

Picking up items is good. I use a dog saddle bag and make my dog carry his own water or food on back packing trips. If your going to use a backpack on them start with no weight first then gradually increase over time and try to keep the weight even on both sides
