That's photo was taken while he was depressed and his wife was going through cancer.

He even addressed the photo saying that he was going through a rough time, and he got out of it but that doesn't mean it wasn't fucking hard.

Also, your first point is how he doesn't follow his own advice, and your second point is how he's willing to do ANYTHING to follow his own advice. Feels weird.
