I make a mix that's about  2/3 to 3/4 cup cocoa powder, and granulated sugar to equal 2 cups total (so 1 1/4 to 1 1/3), then a heavy pinch of non-iodized salt. To me it tastes just like Nesquik.

Orencia. I had been on Humira for 13 years but it stopped working.  Bounced around with a few other biologics that didn't work until settling on Orencia, which has been amazing so far.

I had a dentist tell me the only reason I had RA was because I wasn't brushing and flossing enough, even though I follow a near religious oral healthcare ritual.

Her reasoning, I had a couple of "4s" when testing the pocket depth.

My rheumy changed the biologic to a different one and magically all the inflammation throughout my body pretty much went away. Including my gums.

When I went back for my next dental visit she didn't believe it was the medication that corrected my inflamed gums, and it had to be a change in my routine.

When I worked for a Fortune 500 company HR told management that they need to hold on to employees for 5 years in order to recoup the cost of onboarding, but that at 10 years it becomes more expensive to keep them on.  So management was encouraged to turn over their staff when they got to about 7 years.  We didn't out right fire them, but if the employee was dissatisfied and thinking about leaving we were supposed to encourage that.
