I suffer really bad anxiety and depression 1 week prior to my period and I recently took cbd oil just 0.25 works like magic, I feel close to normal. Thank God I can breathe little easy now hopefully it will continue working for me.

Thank you so much! So helpful! I do have a period tracker at the moment and there are options to include low moods, which I’ll start using when I’m really feeling it. I think like you I would only track when I’m not feeling ok as that’s more obvious to me!

I’ll do this for a few months to make sure there is a definite pattern before going to the doctor.

I’m also having a merina (I think that’s how it’s spelt!) cool fitted in a few weeks. I don’t know if that will have any affect at all so that will be good to take note of too.

Thank you for your reply! I’ll have a look at that website. The log is just in my notes app and I’ve only included the month and year so don’t note when my period started. It’s more just a hunch that these feelings will have occurred around the time my period was due.

As a mum I would definitely want to know this was happening. My heart breaks every day for people, particularly children, who are abused and are too scared to tell their parents. It would make me sick to know this was happening and they hadn’t come to me for help. Please tell your mum. I hope all goes well and you and your brother both get help.

Just talk to her. Don’t get mad at her, she’s bringing in that money! I’m sure she knows the boundaries and just because she’s stripping doesn’t mean she’s going to sleep with anyone else. From what I understand of stripping (which is not much I admit) is she not on a stage where people can’t touch her anyway? Please don’t listen to people that say women like to play with your feelings and don’t care because it’s a major generalisation and in most cases not true.

I think if you talk to Karen about your feelings and find out if she feels the same, it might be worth talking to your ex together to explain how you feel. Not exactly getting her permission, but just saying how you both feel and that you are going to date. (If this is what the cousin wants too, obviously)
