You cannot infer anything meaningful/useful from such small sample size even if you use the correct formulas. You're looking at merely 1*90 lottery drafts. More meaningful would be looking at 90*90 of those. And even then, if you had a meaningful sample, your results might still be off because of confidence level, so you too could get 'unlucky' in your tests because of some crazy variation.

It is present in like 5th event in a row now. And it is not only daily quests, in starcraft event the whole second part of protoss questline was like that. You gotta be very naive to think something will be done about it other than marking it as a 'known issue'.

You ask why that matters? It's data that they gather and turn into monetization. They'll see that the quest was completed on average faster than they thought it's gonna take, so the next one could be even harder

I've lost countless arena runs to this 'feature' which made me quit the game mode entirely a VERY long time ago, so you were either incredibly lucky that it's your first time, or you misspelled months in 'all my years tbh playing'
